Biography: I am the second of seven children, born to a Scottish father and ra; which gave me dual citizenship between the U.K. and the U.S. My father joined the U.S. military after he completed law school, and I was able to live in Europe for 11 years of my childhood. Traveling widely and living in different countries helped me become a more open person and exposed me to unique problems that people experience, as well as common problems experienced all over the world. After attending Lakenheath High School in England, I started Brigham Young University in 2006. Although I was initially interested in Political Science and International Relations, several personal and volunteer experiences steered me in the directon of Social Work. |
